Starting over 10 years ago, automation meant surviving shivering patching weekends: running PsConfig on fragile SharePoint server farms, debugging broken Nintex workflows, and writing scheduled PowerShell tasks. Solving those critical Sunday night emergencies taught me early on that manual IT maintenance is a systemic flaw that can—and must—be automated away.

The migration to Microsoft Cloud permanently transformed enterprise operations. Tedious on-prem upgrades vanished, replaced by Azure Automation, Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform. During this phase, I architected and implemented enterprise automation engines supporting global tech enterprises with over 230,000 devices and users.
